Class #1
This first class a soft flow set to tabla drums. It will go full circle as it begins and ends on the floor. Expect Surya A & B along with standing poses, twists and tree pose. Don’t expect lots of inversions.

Class #2
Here is a nice intermediate-level vinyasa class set to the relaxing sounds of a guitar. You will backbend, forward bend, twist and open up the hips. Expect an equal amount of standing poses and floor poses. Also, expect some yoga knowledge along the way.

Class #3
This class kicks it up a few knotches. Think power vinyasa. You will start standing and jump right into a fast paced flowing class. Expect inversions and lots of chatarungas! Don’t expect too much stretching on the floor and there’s no music.

Class #4
This fourth class will start slow, and pick up quickly. Get ready to spend a lot of it upside down with handstands, forearm stands and shoulder stand! Don’t expect music, but expect a bunch of challenging sequences, a crow and a good amount of twisting.
